In the name of the triune God:
the Creator, the Christ,
and the Holy Spirit.

Amen

Laudate omnes gentes

Laudate omnes gentes, laudate Dominum
Laudate omnes gentes, laudate Dominum

Cantai todos os povos
Louvai nosso Senhor

Sing praises, all your peoples
Sing praises to the Lord

Sjung lovsang, alla länder
Och prisa Herrens namn

Lobsinget, ihr Völker alle
Lobsingt und preist den Herrn

Psalm 121

I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?

… My help comes from the Lord,
… who made heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber.

… Behold, he who keeps Israel
… will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your shade on your right hand.

… The sun shall not strike you by day,
… nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life.

…. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in
… from this time forth and forevermore.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,

… as it was in the beginning, is now,
… and ever shall be, world without end.

Amen.

Reading

Luk 11,11
And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek,
and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds,
and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

What father among you, if his son asks for a fish,
will instead of a fish give him a serpent;
or if he asks for an egg,
will give him a scorpion?

Reflextion:  God in an automated world

Jes 65, 24
